Why work with me?

Listen. I know we all have Google and AI at our fingertips (not to mention wellness influencers flooding our feeds with nutrition advice). It’s fair to wonder: What could a dietitian really add? I hear it often: “I know what to do…I just need to do it.”

 

But that’s just it, isn’t it? For most people, the challenge isn’t about knowing what to do; it’s about figuring out how to actually do it in the midst of real life: a demanding job, a heavy travel schedule, kids, social commitments, and everything in between.

 

That’s where I come in. I’m not here to hand you a stack of nutrition facts and wish you luck. When you’re standing in your kitchen at the end of a long day deciding what to eat, nutrition knowledge alone usually isn’t what drives that choice. Together, we’ll unpack what is influencing your decisions (your routines, your thoughts, your environment) and explore whether those patterns are truly serving you, or if there’s an opportunity to reframe and create space for something better.
