I know we all have Google and AI at our fingertips, not to mention wellness influencers flooding our social media feeds with nutrition advice. It’s fair to wonder, "How could a dietitian really help?"
I hear it often: “I know what to do…I just need to do it.” But that’s just it, isn’t it? For most people, the challenge isn’t about knowing what to do; it’s about figuring out how to actually do it. It's about being able to do it not only on a "good" day, but in the midst of real life, one that might include a demanding job, a heavy travel schedule, kids, social commitments, and everything in between.
That’s where I come in. I’m not here to hand you a stack of nutrition facts, wish you luck, and send you on your way. When you’re standing in your kitchen deciding what to eat at the end of a long day, nutrition knowledge alone usually isn’t what drives that choice.
Together, we’ll unpack what's influencing your decisions (your routines, your thoughts, your environment) and explore whether those patterns are truly serving you, or if there’s an opportunity to reframe thinking and create space for something better.
